Mark Driscoll On Sex And Marriage

This weekend Mark Driscoll begins a 10 week preaching series through the Song of Songs at Mars Hill Church—all about sex and marriage.

Not for the feint of heart, Mark’s preaching style has always been raw and honest, and I for one am looking forward to his handling of this fantastic book.

If you want to know what the Bible really has to say about sex—make sure you visit the Peasant Princess website after Sunday and download the podcast.

Coming Soon from Mark Driscoll: Death by Love

I am very excited about Mark Driscoll and Gerry Breshears’ next book called “Death by Love” which is due to be published at the end of September. It promises to ground Jesus’ death on the cross, and the freedom that he won for us in the realities of sin-filled life.

As someone who loves Jesus and the Bible, I am excited by any work that shows how his violent death and victorious resurrection are not irrelevant, but a wonderful means of freedom for ordinary people.

Take a moment to watch the video above, and visit the official website to read the first chapter of the book for free.

UPDATE: There is an official Facebook page for the book which can be found here.
